How to lodge a complaint?

Before you make a complaint to us.

We appreciate your patience and encourage you to first seek resolution with the public service agency involved. It’s important to address your concerns at the source before escalating the issue. However, if you find yourself unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion, you may bring your complaint to us under the following circumstances:

- If you have made a report but did not receive any follow-up action,
- If your report was acknowledged but the issue remains unresolved, or
- If your concern was addressed, but the outcome left you feeling dissatisfied.

When We May Not Be Able to Assist:

- If your complaint dates back more than 12 months, or
- If you are currently engaged in legal proceedings related to the matter at hand.
